Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting- R.L. from Los Angeles, CA

Cupcakes

1 box chocolate cake mix from whole foods (365 Brand)

1 can pumpkin

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

soy/rice/oat milk used to moisten mix (may not be necessary if you mix the ingredients well enough)

bake according to the directions on the cake box

Peanut Butter Frosting

3 tablespoons peanut butter

agave nectar (a few squeezes)

maple syrup to taste

after the cupcakes finish baking, let them cool and then put on the frosting
