What is “Get the Healthy Word Out?”
“Get the Healthy Word Out” is a new initiative of Exsalus Health & Wellness Center, established in West Hollywood, California.
Exsalus Health & Wellness Center is comprised of a private group of medical doctors dedicated, quite simply, to promoting health. It is built on the foundation that health exists within a continuum and that individuals can move further along their personal health continuum. We aim to actively increase community awareness on how people can achieve their optimum health. Exsalus provides services that include nutrition education, private medical consultation, group seminars, lifestyle assessment, acupuncture, massage, and educational workshops.
Our mission is to empower people to achieve and maintain their optimum health – physically, emotionally, and medically – through our comprehensive patient-centered approach.
“Get the Healthy Word Out” is our way of building a strong network in the community with people who are equally committed to optimizing their health and well-being!

Stage One
Our first stage of “Get the Healthy Word Out” revolves around free lectures held in community centers, organizations, businesses, and other venues where people are willing to join together and learn about becoming the healthiest they can be.
During Stage One, we hope to raise public awareness that there is an alternative to the reactive medicine that our doctors and hospitals currently practice. We have seminars on weight loss, healthy diet and lifestyle, heart disease, cancer, and osteoporosis. The foundation of “Get the Healthy Word Out” revolves around nutrition and lifestyle education and reform in conjunction with a comprehensive medical approach.
What you can do to help:
We are looking to partner with your organization/association/business to hold free in-house workshops on a variety of health-related topics. Licensed, medical doctors will volunteer their time to present these free workshops on a variety of health topics.
If you are a member of a group that is interested in promoting health in your community, call us to schedule a free workshop for your colleagues, friends, or family! We hold workshops for groups of 10 or more adults. You can host this workshop in your office, community center, or even your home! This workshop is perfect for anyone you know who could use a little more energy, lose a few pounds, or even reverse a major medical illness.
