Dr. Lederman’s Delicious Oatmeal


2 cups Oatmeal

6 cups fluid (we use 5 cups water and 1 cup apple juice but you may adjust as necessary to taste...to make sweeter add more apple juice and less water)


Put all ingredients into a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10-20 minutes for desired consistency.


Serve warm or cold...Delicious!!!


Toppings may include cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins, agave nectar, fruit, etc.
