If you are unable to meet with us at our seminars or in our office, we would be happy to consult with you over the phone. Telephone appointments* are available to review your medical history, address your specific health concerns, and personalize a plan that works for you. Consultations come in one-hour blocks with follow-up appointments (number and duration) dependent on your individual needs.
*You will need to fill out a Preliminary Assessment Form as well as forward any recent blood work and pertinent medical information prior to your phone appointment.
